ASHLEE MCGUIRE

Ashlee McGuire is an American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), who is passionate about skin care and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation.

A native of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Ashlee earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees in Nursing from Quinnipiac University, graduating summa cum laude from both programs. She also had the distinction of being her class valedictorian, and was awarded membership in Sigma Theta Tau, the Honor Society for Nursing.

Ashlee began her clinical training at Yale-New Haven Hospital, in the rigorous cardiac and surgical critical care units, excelling in complex patient care needs and critical procedures. Her role and training strengthened while working with the Anesthesia Pain Service, where she honed her injection and procedural skills. Throughout, Ashlee passionately learned and trained in facial aesthetics.

Relocating to Florida in 2019 with her husband and twins, Ashlee excitedly joined the RSM team. Incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Facial Aesthetics and Skin Care, she can’t wait to share her expertise with her patients.

As part of the Réforme at RSM Plastic Surgery team, Ashlee’s goal is for your inner beauty to shine through using the most advanced and effective treatments and techniques, curated to your individual needs. Happiness and confidence are of the utmost importance to Ashlee, as she strives to help each patient feel their best.

Outside of work, Ashlee is an avid runner, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Lauren is the manager of our practice and is most passionate about serving our patients with the highest level of care possible. Anytime you contact our office, Lauren will be the one to answer. Her goal is to create and perpetuate an environment where patients feel more like family than anything else.

The Surgeon

Dr. Raj
Sawh-Martinez

Dr. Raj Sawh-Martinez is a board certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon who places emphasis on natural results for his cosmetic and reconstructive surgery patients. His private practice, Réforme at RSM Plastic Surgery, is where he focuses on helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals with artistic precision.

Dr. Raj has diligently researched advances to the plastic surgery industry with his interests leading to the authorship and co-authorship of over 30 peer-reviewed publications, multiple national and international research presentations, and several book chapters.


After graduating with honors from New York University with a bachelor’s in Neural Science, Dr. Raj attended the Yale University School of Medicine. It was at Yale that he earned a coveted position within the university’s plastic and reconstructive surgery residency program with a Chief Resident appointment at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dr. Raj later became the inaugural Yale University Craniofacial Surgery Fellow, serving with an appointment as a Clinical Instructor of the plastic and reconstructive surgery department.

During medical school at Yale, Dr. Raj spent two years as an NIH Research Fellow in the Vascular Tissue Engineering Laboratory that was the first in the world to implant tissue-engineered blood vessels into human infants to repair their congenital heart defects.
